We are located at Block 16, Lot 3, ECC Villas, Alijis, Bacolod City near the exit gate of JBLCF-Bacolod, and also we are near to the old main gate of CHMSU-ALIJIS Campus. We have BEDSPACES to offer for MALE STUDENT RENTER'S in a very affordable monthly rent of Non Air-con 1600 good for 7 pax, Non Air-con 1700 good for 6 pax, 2500 good for 7-8 pax Aircon Room for Students only (7pm—7am) including water, electricity (water heater, electric iron, electric stove, mini ref, television, computer are NOT INCLUDED for free of charge). Our foams are limited and it should be first come first serve. Fan, pillows & beddings are not included, renter must provide their own.
